Do your products contain artificial ingredients?

No. We rigorously select naturally derived active ingredients — argan oil, plant-based keratin, rosemary, peppermint — with no superfluous ingredients or compromise on quality.

How long before I see results?

Visible results can be observed from the very first application. For a deep transformation, we recommend regular use over 4 weeks.

How to use the Leave-In Keratin Mist?

Apply the mist to clean, damp, or dry hair, focusing on the ends. Do not rinse. Style as usual. It can be used daily.

Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery within mainland France is estimated between 2 and 5 business days depending on the carrier.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery above a certain order amount. Please consult our delivery page for current conditions.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Any request for modification or cancellation must be made within 2 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Contact us via our Contact page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my product is defective or damaged?

Contact us immediately via our Contact page with a photo of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
